Among the many other uses of our fabulous initials, I have been able to track down a few other meanings.

For some investment mavens, SLYC = Stability, Liquidity, Yield and Convenience.
In the world of Cockatiels, SLYC = Sex-Linked Yellow Cheek.
Someone out there has an SLYC family of fonts where SLYC = Somebody Loves You Crusade.
Additionally, there seem to be a number of people who have chosen SLYC as their screen name.
